Is Pickles In a Pickle?

Our Pm and Deputy Pm, Call me Dave and Cleggy Poo's,  say the Government wants to  free Local Authorities from Government interference and to allow them to decide in consultation with residents what is best for their area.
If this is true why is Eric Pickles trying to tell them what Public Service CEO's and other staff should or should not earn.
They probably earn the salaries they get which cannot be said for members of the Government. I wouldn't pay a brass farthing  for this brand of Pickles.

What is the Big Society ? :-

 It means "Call Me Dave" wants to create a large number of unemployed in order to create a large number of volunteers to work in the jobs that have just been vacated in the public services.
Everyone works for free except "Call Me Dave", "Cleggy Poo's" and the so called elected Cabinet. Why should they get paid they all belong to the millionaires club. They don't worry where the next meal, rent/mortgage payment or utilities bill comes from. They should do their job for free.
